How it works

Your listing is a direct path to your hiring page. We don’t host or manage job posts. When a candidate finds you in the directory, one click takes them straight to your careers page, where they see your current openings and apply through your own process.

You keep control of your hiring. We put you where the right people are already looking.

Your listing includes:

-A company profile with your logo, about section and the state(s) you serve

-A direct link to your careers or job openings page

-The roles you hire for most often, so candidates know you’re a fit before they click

-Visibility inside the ABA Scholars community and on the ABA Made EZ website

-The ability to update your logo, link and about information as your company grows

One listing per brand

Each listing represents one company and links to one careers page. If your organization runs sister practices under different names or with separate hiring pages, each one gets its own listing so candidates land in the right place.

Hiring across multiple brands? Your first listing is $1,000. Each additional brand under the same parent organization is $750, so your whole family of practices is represented. Use code "Parent" for discount on other listings.

Founding listing: $1,000

Founding members get our lowest rate. Join by December 31, 2026, and your listing covers the rest of 2026 and all of 2027.

Starting in 2028, directory pricing will go up for new listings. Founding members keep their rate each year they renew, at $1,000 for your first brand and $750 for each additional brand. Use code "Parent" for second+ listings.

What happens after you join?

Once you submit the form and complete your payment, your listing goes live in the directory. Listings appear in the order they join, not alphabetically, so the earlier you’re listed, the higher you appear.

Frequently asked questions

Do you post our jobs for us?
No. Your listing links directly to your own careers page, so your openings stay current without anything to update on our end.

Can we list multiple locations?
Yes. A single brand with several locations needs only one listing, and you can list every state you serve. Separately branded practices with their own hiring pages each need their own listing.

Can we update our listing?
Yes. Email [email protected] with your updated logo, link, about section or states served, and we’ll update your listing.

When does my listing renew?
Founding listings run through December 31, 2027, and renew annually after that until canceled. We’ll send a reminder 30 days before each renewal.

How do I cancel?
Email [email protected] before your renewal date and your listing will not renew.

Directory terms and disclaimers

-No endorsement. Being listed in the ABA Made EZ Job Directory does not mean ABA Made EZ LLC or ABA Scholars endorses, recommends or certifies any organization, its services, its clinical practices or its workplace.

-No vetting or verification. ABA Made EZ does not screen, vet, investigate or verify the organizations listed, including their licensure, credentialing, accreditation, compensation, working conditions, supervision practices or legal standing. Candidates are responsible for their own due diligence before applying to or accepting a position with any listed organization.

-Not an employment agency. ABA Made EZ is not an employment agency, staffing firm or recruiter. We do not place candidates, take part in hiring decisions, or act as an employer or agent for any listed organization or candidate. All applications, interviews, offers and employment terms are solely between the candidate and the employer.

-No guarantee of results. A listing provides visibility within our community. ABA Made EZ does not guarantee any number of views, clicks, applicants or hires.

-External links. Listings link to websites owned and operated by third parties. ABA Made EZ does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, privacy practices or job postings on those sites.

-Employer responsibility. Listed organizations are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listing and for complying with all applicable employment, anti-discrimination, wage and labor laws, and professional and ethical standards in their hiring practices.

-Right to remove. ABA Made EZ may decline, edit or remove any listing that is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful or inconsistent with the values of our community, at our discretion. Listings removed for cause are not eligible for a refund.

-Renewal and cancellation. Listings renew automatically each year at the applicable rate until canceled. You will receive a renewal reminder 30 days before your renewal date. To cancel, email [email protected] before your renewal date.

-Refunds. Listing fees are non-refundable once your listing is published.

-Pricing. Founding rates apply to listings purchased on or before December 31, 2026, and remain in effect as long as the listing renews continuously. If a listing lapses or is canceled, standard pricing will apply if it is reactivated.
